DSACR MOURNS PASSING OF SPORT JOURNALIST – MYZER MABELENGIt is with shock and sadness that the Free State Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation (DSACR) has received news of the untimely passing of Ms. Myzer Mabeleng – a sport journalist and broadcaster who was also a National Executive Committee member of the Bloemfontein Celtic Football Club supporters’ association. DSACR CELEBRATES TOP 16 IDOLS CONTESTANTS FROM FREE STATEIt is with a great sense of joy and pride that the Free State Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation (DSACR) has learnt about the selection of two (2) Free State singers into the Top 16 of South African Idols. Namely, these singers are Sibongile “Bongi” Mtambo from Welkom and Boitumelo “Be” Mohutsioa from Mangaung. News of their selection into the Top 16 of South African Idols has been received with jubilation across the Free State Province and the Department encourages all the people of our province to demonstrate their unwavering support to both Be and Bongi through voting as soon as voting lines are opened.
